Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the services provided by DAO3, LLC d/b/a 3 Consulting ("3," "we," "us"). By purchasing a subscription or using the service, you agree to them.

The Service

3 provides an AI-powered automation platform that operates business functions on your behalf — including outbound email, prospecting, social messaging, scheduling, and content — configured and managed for you. Plans and current pricing are listed at 3consulting.us.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Service is month-to-month; you may cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
• The one-time implementation fee covers initial setup, configuration, and deployment of your agents. It is non-refundable once implementation work has begun.
• Promotional pricing (including founding-client offers) applies only as described at the time of purchase.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate onboarding information and maintain any account access (e.g., Google OAuth) needed to operate your agents.
• You are responsible for the lawfulness of campaigns run on your behalf in your industry and jurisdiction, and for reviewing content published under your name. We operate outreach in accordance with CAN-SPAM and honor all opt-outs.
• Don't use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes. We may suspend service for violations.

Client Materials & Access

You retain ownership of your data, brand, and accounts. You grant us the limited access needed to operate the service. We retain ownership of our platform, agents, and underlying technology, including improvements developed while serving you.

Service Levels

Agents are typically live within 48 hours of completed onboarding. The service is provided on an "as is" basis; we work continuously to keep agents running but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific outcomes, reply rates, or revenue results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.

Termination

Either party may terminate with notice; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Upon termination we disconnect integrations and, on request, delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The date above reflects the latest revision.
