Privacy Policy

DAO3, LLC d/b/a 3 Consulting ("3," "we," "us") operates 3consulting.us and app.3consulting.us and provides an AI-powered business automation service. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

• Onboarding information you submit through our forms: name, business name, email address, and service configuration preferences.
• Payment information is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; we receive confirmation of payment and your billing name and email.
• Client account access. If you connect Google services (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) as part of onboarding, we access them only with the OAuth scopes you approve, only to operate the agents on your behalf. We do not sell or use this data for any purpose other than delivering the service. Google API data use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• Prospect and business data gathered from publicly available sources to operate outreach campaigns for our clients.

How We Use Information

• To deliver, configure, and operate the service you purchased.
• To send transactional email (confirmations, briefings, service notices).
• To send business outreach on behalf of our clients, in compliance with CAN-SPAM: commercial email we send identifies the sender and includes a working opt-out.

Opting Out of Outreach

If you received an email from us or a client campaign we operate and want no further contact, reply "unsubscribe" or email dominic@3consulting.us. We honor opt-outs promptly and suppress the address from all future sends.

Service Providers

We use a small set of providers to run the service: Stripe (payments), Supabase (data storage), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Google (email/calendar/drive integration), Anthropic (AI processing), and Meta (social messaging integrations). Each receives only the data needed to perform its function.

Data Retention & Deletion

We keep client data while your subscription is active and delete or anonymize it after termination upon request. Suppression lists (opt-outs) are retained so we don't contact you again. To request deletion of your data, email dominic@3consulting.us.

Security

Data is stored with access controls and transmitted over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure; we notify affected users of any breach as required by law.

Children

The service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be noted on this page.
