Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: July 23, 2026
DAO3, LLC d/b/a 3 Consulting ("3," "we," "us") provides AI-powered business automation as a monthly subscription service. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
Subscription & Billing
- Service plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each billing cycle.
- There is no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time.
Cancellation
- To cancel, email dominic@3consulting.us from the email address on your account.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to the service until then.
- No further charges occur after cancellation takes effect.
Monthly Fees
- Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun, including for partial months of service.
- If we materially fail to deliver the service during a billing period, contact us — we will work with you in good faith, which may include a prorated credit or refund at our discretion.
Implementation Fee
- The one-time implementation fee covers system configuration, account integration, and deployment of your agents.
- It is fully refundable if you cancel within 14 days of purchase and before onboarding work has begun.
- Once onboarding has begun, the implementation fee is non-refundable.
- Promotional pricing that waives the implementation fee (e.g., founding-client offers) is not exchangeable for cash or credit.
How to Request a Refund
Email dominic@3consulting.us with your account email and the reason for the request. We respond to all refund requests within 30 days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we resolve issues faster than the dispute process. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of service while the dispute is investigated.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Changes apply prospectively and do not affect refund rights already accrued.
